Senders fee NLP Pallet full size
Price per NLP plastic pallet (full pallet) when sent from one NLP customer to another via the customer web: NOK 8.35.
Receivers fee
When receiving a NLP plastic pallet from another NLP customer through the customer portal: NOK: 3,93. No receiving fee applies for receipt of NLP plastic half pallets and NLP plastic 1/3 pallets.
Supply of plastic pallets from NLP
A fee applies for the supply of NLP plastic full pallets from NLP for internal use or further use within the value chain: NOK 8.35.
A fee applies for the supply of NLP plastic half pallets from NLP for internal use or further use within the value chain: NOK 7.37.
A fee applies for the supply of NLP plastic 1/3 pallets from NLP for internal use or further use within the value chain: NOK 9.10.
Daily rental rates
NLP plastic full pallet: NOK 0.210
NLP plastic half pallet: NOK 0.180
NLP plastic 1/3 pallet: NOK 0.105
Daily rental cost applies for the period during which the customer has the load carrier at their location.
A wholesaler receiving NLP plastic half pallets through the supply chain from a supplier is charged daily rental only after 15 days.
A wholesaler receiving NLP plastic 1/3 pallets through the supply chain from a supplier is charged daily rental only after 45 days.

NLP plastic half pallet: NOK 330
NLP plastic 1/3 pallet: NOK 190
In the event of damage due to improper use or loss of an NLP load carrier, compensation may be charged (in accordance with NLP regulations).
Sorting compensations
NLP compensates wholesale customers with a sorting agreement at a rate of NOK 2.25 per NLP plastic pallet and NOK 1.00 per NLP plastic half pallet.

Receiving fee for EUR wooden pallets transferred from another NLP customer via the customer portal: NOK 6.67
Supply of EUR wooden pallets from NLP
A fee applies for the supply of EUR wooden pallets from NLP for internal use or further use within the value chain: NOK 12.33.
Balance settlement
Balance settlements are carried out monthly and credited/debited based on the difference between pallets registered as dispatched and pallets registered as received: NOK 45.
Sorting compensations
NLP compensates wholesale customers with a sorting agreement for heat-treated EUR wooden pallets at a rate of NOK 2.25 per pallet.
Charges related to small orders, quality issues, urgent requests, and cancellations.
Urgent order fee
Price per transport when a shorter lead time than standard is required. Standard delivery time is 2 days for orders placed before 13:00. Orders placed after 13:00 will require an additional working day (e.g. an order placed after 13:00 on Monday will be delivered on Thursday).

Small order fee
In NLP’s ordering system, empty pallets can be ordered in full truckloads, half truckloads, or per pallet space (out of 17), with a minimum of 102 units.
A small order fee applies for quantities of 272 units or less. This also applies when ordering collection of empty pallets.

Cancellation fee
Per order for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Applies to both collection and load carrier orders.

Supply of NLP plastic crates and washed NLP plastic pallets
Claims for missing registration in the NLP customer portal
As a sender of NLP load carriers, you may submit claims for missing registrations during two periods throughout the calendar year. The claim must be submitted to your customer (the recipient) for load carriers that have NOT been registered in the NLP customer portal.
Counting period 1: 1 September – 28/29 February (deadline: 30 April)
Counting period 2: 1 March – 31 August (deadline: 31 October)

Documentation for missing registrations in the NLP customer portal
Requirements for documentation in the event of missing or incorrect registrations: Order number and consignment note must be provided to the receiving customer in the event of a balance discrepancy resulting from missing or incorrect registrations in the NLP customer portal. If the parties agree on alternative documentation, this is acceptable. Refer to section 9 of the NLP regulations.
Norsk Lastbærer Pool AS has a factoring agreement with DNB. This means that all payments must be made exclusively to DNB’s account number 7032 05 16038, and KID reference or invoice number and supplier must always be specified.
We primarily offer invoices distributed as EHF or as PDF via email, alternatively as printed invoices. Please contact us at regnskap@nlpool.no if you wish to change the distribution method or for any other invoice-related inquiries.
