If you have missing registrations in the NLP customerweb, now is the time to act.
This applies to the period January 1st – June 30th, 2020. It is therefore important that you take all “recipient-registered” transactions from your customer and process them under “Delivery on rtis” so that they are registered.
The claim is addressed directly to your customer (recipient) where you believe there are missing registrations of NLP carriers. The documentation requirement is the order number / order number of your customer as well as the shipping letter on the shipment (NLP rules item 9).
The deadline for claiming any missing transactions in the period listed above is August 31st, 2020
