Dear customer,
We would like to inform You that Norsk Lastbærer Pool is transitioning into a new ERP system Friday October 24th 2025.
That means all our systems will shut down and be unavailable from noon ( 12:00) that day. You will not be able to register any transactions in the NLP customerweb after that time.
- All delivery of goods with transactions in NLP customerweb must be done prior to 12:00 Friday October 24th.
- After 12:00 – there will be NO access to the customerweb.
- We ask that You plan accordingly to avoid delays in transactions due in the customerweb.
The new system is expected to be up and running from Monday morning October 27th, and resume general access to the customerweb.
If you have any questions regarding this – please do contact us.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding – we look forward to a smooth transition!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EDI
We have identified and corrected the error that prevented us from running the update of our ERP system on October 17.
Based on this, we will make a new attempt this coming weekend, during which the EDI service (EPCIS) will be unavailable in the period:
From: Friday, October 24 at 14:00
To: Monday, October 27 at 06:00
During this period, messages sent to us will not be received. Clients will receive an HTTP status code indicating an incomplete capture.
In accordance with the specification for EDI transmissions, you must handle this on your side and re-send the messages.
We expect to be able to start receiving EDI (EPCIS) messages again from Sunday afternoon, but we can only guarantee normal operation from Monday morning.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Summary:
Transfers during this period will not generate transactions in the NLP customer web, and you will not receive the usual error messages.
You will need to find a solution to re-send these to us, or alternatively register them manually in the NLP customer web.
Please note that it is not possible to backdate entries. When re-registering, use the current date.
